the check-in was an utter disaster! after waiting an eternity, I found my room had greasy hair in the shower. disgusting. and when I asked for towels, I was treated as if I were asking for a gold brick. Hilton must be too busy to bother with simple housekeeping. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Safety was a standout, with elevators requiring room keys for access! also, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere during our stay.

Check-in was chaotic with guests waiting excessively! breakfast needed improvements, as food was not kept warm and lacked variety leaving us disappointed in the morning.

The location is very convenient for shopping and dining, making it easy to explore the area. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

Had a comfy night in a spacious queen room. The on-site bar/lounge was a nice touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day! Check-in was a bit hectic, tho, and the noise from the hallway interrupted my sleep a bit.
